Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Site: 200 W. Whittier Blvd., La Habra, CA 90631
Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Job duties:
  • Perform various financial modeling and spreadsheet analyses, such as IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) analysis.
  • Collect and analyze financial and business data relating to operations costs (personnel and staffing assignment, financing terms, marketing, etc.) to support the company’s business decisions, transaction management, and financial controls and provide analytical reports to top management.
  • Prepare finance summaries, analyze the proposed business finance plan, and devise alternatives if necessary.
  • Compile, analyze, and project the company’s current year’s statistical data to prepare finance reports analyzing how the company’s capital can be efficiently allocated.
  • Prepare financial data sheets and executive summaries for all active projects; assist in the preparation of investment memorandums.
  • Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions, and make recommendations on financial resource allocation, financing terms, and strategic financing alternatives.
  • Analyze and explain deviations between the company’s established financial policies and actual spending data to locate the cause of deviations.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
